On March 2, 2023, Arbe Robotics Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of its operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.

 

The Company will host a live video webinar on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022 financial results.
