Mr. Shamir, the founding and managing partner of Catalyst Investments, has an established career in Israel’s public sector includes Israel’s Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, member of Israel’s government and Parliament and chairman of four government companies: EL AL, IAI, National Road Company of Israel and Metropolitan Mass Transit System. Prior to entering public service, Yair served for 25 years as a pilot and an engineer in the Israeli Air Force. Mr Shamir is currently board director and chairman of a number of public companies in Israel and abroad as well as an array of public institutions including The Shalem Academic Center, Gvahim, and Ohalo College.

Jacob Marinka, who is known as Kobi Marenko, is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in leading technology and media startups from seed stage to acquisition. Mr. Marenko was the founder and President of Taptica, a mobile DSP listed on the London Stock Exchange and acquired by Marimedia, and founder and CEO of Logia, a mobile content platform acquired by Mandalay Digital. Leading tech and media startups from seed to acquisition for over 20 years. Mr. Marenko holds a BA in Philosophy from the Tel Aviv University. Mr. Marenko was appointed as a director on November 4, 2015.

Dr. Arkind has more than over 10 years of experience in R&D and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Robotics Lab at Weizmann Institute of Science. Prior to Arbe, Mr. Arkind led the algorithm development at Taptica and the Space IL control system. Mr. Arkind holds a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Bar Ilan University, a M.Sc. and PhD in Mathematics and Computer science from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Mr. Arkind was appointed as a director on November 4, 2015.

Mr. Levy the Managing General Partner of Canaan Partners Israel, a Venture Partner with Lenovo Capital heading its investment opportunities in Israel, and an active private investor in tech companies operating as a partner with Kaedan Capital. was appointed as a director on March 29, 2016. Ehud gained more than two decades of expertise in the high-tech industry as an entrepreneur, investor and operator. Prior to co-founding Canaan Partners Israel, Ehud lead the first investment round of WAZE, co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies, served as COO and CFO of Telegate, and was a private equity investor and investment banker in New York and Tel Aviv. Ehud holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion (Israel), and an MBA from Columbia Business School (New York).

Dr. Schwartz is a seasoned finance professional and a tech investor. Dr. Schwartz has founded and managed Deutsche Bank Israel for 24 years and until December 2020. Following his retirement from Deutsche Bank, Boaz has become an active tech investor in both early and late-stage companies. He has a wide portfolio of investments in Fintech, Autotech and other technology related ventures. Dr. Schwartz is a board member of IDC Herzliya, the only private university in Israel; iArgento Ltd, Covercy Ltd, and the vice-Chairman of Zabar Solar Ltd. Dr. Schwartz earned a PhD in Finance from the University of Chicago; MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; MSc and BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tel Aviv.

E. Scott Crist

Mr. Crist is managing partner for Texas Ventures as well as CEO of Osperity, a leader in AI-driven computer vision for the industrial sector. He is also chairman and CEO for ITAC and is ITAC’s designee as director. Mr. Crist Scott has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist and was the former CEO of Infrastructure Networks and founder/CEO of Telscape International (NASDAQ). Prior to that, he served as President and CEO for Matrix Telecom. Previously, Scott worked for Trammell Crow Group, IBM and Booz-Allen Hamilton. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NC State University. He is also an Entrepreneur of the Year recipient from NASDAQ/Ernst & Young. In addition, Scott is chairman of the VA-Gov Housing fund, the nation’s largest lender for the Veteran Administration’s Homeless Shelter Program.

Thilo Koslowski is a recognized, visionary CEO and innovation thought leader with a focus on creating disruptive, cross-industry innovations that maximize returns on investment for a partner ecosystem. Most recently, Thilo was the founder and CEO of Porsche Digital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Porsche AG, where he was responsible for the automaker’s digital strategy, product roadmap, and business innovations. Thilo also created Porsche’s venturing initiative with a €150 Million corporate venture fund focused on emerging technologies, smart mobility and digital lifestyle to form Porsche's ecosystem strategy. Prior to his work at Porsche, Thilo founded and led Gartner Inc.’s global automotive and smart mobility practice. Thilo currently advises global organizations, startups, investors, and governments on how to leverage business and technology innovations to maximize business results, create desirable customer experiences, and develop winning ecosystems.

Having served as Senior Vice President of Autonomous Driving at Volkswagen Group, and as a member of the management board of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Alexander Hitzinger currently acts as board member/advisor to a variety of autonomous driving and electrification technology companies in the US and Israel. His deep expertise also stems from vast experience as CEO of Artemis GmbH, an autonomous mobility startup, Head of Product Design for Apple’s Titan electric vehicle project, Technical Director of the Porsche LMP1 project, Head of Advanced Technologies for the Red Bull and Toro Rosso Formula One teams, and Head of Formula One development at Cosworth.

Prof. Yonina Eldar

Prof. Yonina Eldar

Prof. Eldar, a leading radar theory expert, is renowned for her groundbreaking research on sub-Nyquist sampling. As head of the Signal Acquisition Modeling and Processing Lab at the Weizmann Institute, she focuses on efficient signal extraction and processing, notably in radar technology. Eldar earned her B.Sc. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. A member of the Israel Academy of Science and Humanities, and holds visiting positions at MIT and Princeton. Eldar authored "Sampling Theory: Beyond Bandlimited Systems" and co-authored eight other books on convex optimization, compressed sensing, radar, communications, imaging, information theory, and machine learning.
